hi nice but for the head i’m block :( the pics in instruction are to bad (after step 2),i don’t see how to do :( Can u ask me how to jo_le_diablo666@hotmail.com
Hi there! I’m afraid I don’t have the Pepakura *.pdo file of Auron anymore, but I took some new pictures that will hopefully show you better how the pieces for the hair are glued together.
You can find them in my Webshots albums: click here
The “trick” is, that the triangular spikes on part 1, 2, 7, 8 and 9 are *NOT GLUED DOWN!*
Glue these parts together like you would do if the spikes weren’t there: then the spikes will slide over the other part and it will create a layered effect.
I hope these new pictures will help you figure out how to glue the hair together!
Take your time, and if you’re not sure about a certain part, try to fold and pre-shape it the way you think is right, and then try to see if it fits that way without glue first.
If it fits and it looks alright (like the pictures) you can apply some glue and glue the pieces together permanently. If it doesn’t fit or doesn’t look right, check to see if you missed any fold lines or if you can pre-shape it differently so that it does fit.
Good luck and have fun building!
