The parts for my Advance Wars models are compressed into ZIP-files. You have to download the ZIP-file to your computer first, and then use a tool to un-zip (unpack) them.
Most computers will already have a ZIP tool: if you already have one, doubleclicking a ZIP-file should unpack it. If you don’t already have one, then you can find lots of ZIP tools for free online, like 7-Zip (link).
Inside the ZIP-file are the parts, as Jpeg image files. Those can be viewed and printed with pretty much any image viewing software that your computer has, like Windows Picture Viewer, or even good old MS Paint. ;o)
The instructions are in PDF format: if you have a PDF reader installed (like Adobe Reader) the file will open directly in your browser window, but you can also save it to your computer. You don’t *have* to print the instructions, but you can do so with any standard PDF reader.
If you’re having trouble downloading the files, try clearing your temporary internet files and internet cache, then close all browser windows, and then re-start your browser and try again.
